Profile Summary

A specialist in workplace and employment mediation, Felicity cut her teeth resolving particularly tense conflicts between unions and management in South Africa throughout the 80s and 90s. Having moved to Oxford in 2002, she’s been mediating in the UK for over a decade, working in both the public and private sectors. Felicity is a member of The Court of Appeal panel of mediators, she also trains mediators for CEDR, and for Conflict Dynamics in South Africa. She excels at managing difficult, often emotional discussions, ensuring that, while they may be frank they're also constructive forging practial agreements that can be written down and monitored for efficacy.
