Profile summary

Formerly a commercial litigator in the City, Liz became a full time mediator in 1997, and is one of a small number of mediators who specialises exclusively in workplace and employment disputes. She brings an unusual mix of skills to her role in that she is also an experienced executive coach and has extensive training in psychotherapy.  She is particularly known for her ability to handle sensitive disputes with flexibility, calm and insight. She enables people in dispute to clarify their options and make positive choices which allow both employee and organisation to move forward constructively, combining a high degree of empathy and pragmatism.
