Michael Cover acts as Mediator in the Final of the 3rd International Commercial Mediation Competition

IPOS Mediator Michael Cover acted as Mediator in the Final of the ICC’s International Commercial Mediation Competition where 18 teams from Universities around South and East Asia, including Hong Kong, took part. The Competition took place from 8th to 12th December, hosted in Hong Kong, and was a test of both Mediation Advocacy and the use of mediation and the mediator, and the National University of Singapore took home first place. They will go on to the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition in Paris in the Spring of 2025.

Michael said that it was a privilege to act as the Mediator in the Final, as well as judging and mediating in the Preliminary Rounds and he wished the Winning Team from the National University of Singapore every success in Paris.
