Consideration of losing party's conduct in assessing interest rate applicable to judgment rate.  Despite the defendants having participated in a mediation and the case being one where the judge thought defendants decision to litigate rather than mediate was unreasonable in the circumstances, the award of interest on damages was 7% - see paras 94 onwards.  Consideration of Assetco plc and OMV Petrom.
