The In Place of Strife workplace mediation team has been further strengthened by the addition of David A Evans JP. David has been at the sharp and of workplace issues looking after industrial relations at Ford Motor Company and as HR Strategy Lead at United Biscuits. His experience in global companies across many sectors has enabled him to understand the importance of clear and effective working relationships in diverse cultures.
More recently David has had a long spell in management consultancy with Accenture. His experience gives him remarkable insights into what it takes to ensure that teams operate effectively.
