Workplace mediation and executive and team coaching are closely related and both seek to maximise the effectiveness of individuals and teams in the implementation of corporate objectives.In Place of Strife can now offer the services of Michael Worrall, a coach for over 20 years. This is in addition to the services of Liz Rivers, who turns her skills to the role of both mediator and coach.
