In Place of Strife is pleased to announce that Jane Player and Alistair Pye, busy litigators and mediators, have agreed to join The Mediation Chambers.
As a mediator, Jane Player’s expertise focuses on general corporate and contractual claims, fraud and project disputes to include technology and telecoms. Jane has particular experience of international dispute resolution and has a reputation for managing well the cross cultural aspects of joint venture and international shareholder disputes.
Alistair Pye has had 25 years in commercial litigation, much of it with City firms and latterly as a specialist construction and insurance lawyer. He mediates all types of civil and commercial disputes.
