Henrietta Jackson-Stops hosted a webinar with leading mediators Jon Lang and Rebecca Clark in which they discussed how to get the most of the mediation process in 2020. The webinar covers both in-person and remote mediation and addresses some of those tricky questions such as what is best to put in a position statement or who should attend the mediation.
