Why?

Because this is your chance to input into future changes in the civil justice system.

The Ministry of Justice has recently launched aCall for Evidenceto feed into reforms of the civil justice system - reforms which are likely to see (A)DR more closely integrated into civil justice. This sits alongside the Civil Justice Council's recent report on "Compulsory ADR".

We will be responding to this Call for Evidence on behalf of our mediators but, as valued users of mediation, your views are also extremely important and we would also like to represent these in our response.

You may wish to respond independently but if not please do give us your thoughts- and where possible evidence - as that is the basis on which these reforms will be implemented.

We welcome all answers and incomplete surveys.
