Quentin Smith awarded "Mediation Achiever of the Year" Award

Quentin Smith has been awarded the "Mediation Achiever of the Year" Award in the Eclipse Proclaim Personal Injury Awards 2017. Quentin, whose mediation practice encompasses a large amount of personal injury and clinical negligence work, has been recognised for his achievement in these areas. The Judges said the following of Quentin: "This highly regarded and experienced mediator impressed the Judges with his involvementin a number of very complex and high value mediations. His grasp of technical, medical and financial issues, coupled with his ability to calm the waves and put the parties on track, enables him to get a resolution in even the toughest of cases."
