We are a hybrid team based in Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire. We are working a pretty hybrid model in regards to in-office / work-from-home, but do feel that in-person still is hard to replace, so we’re ideally looking for someone who is willing to travel to Northamptonshire on a regular (twice a month?) basis to get to know who we are – but flexibility is certainly available around that.
