We are delighted to see that 16 of our mediators have been recognised by Chambers and Partners in the most recent edition of the mediation rankings for 2023. One in four of the mediators listed are IPOS mediators – a clear demonstration of the continuing breadth and depth of mediation skills that we can offer the UK disputes market. Special congratulations to Chris Fitton and Charles Powell who are now, rightly, recognised in Band 1. We are also pleased to see Rebecca Clark, Andrew Miller KC and Tim Hardy move up the rankings.
