Charles was a partner at Freeths LLP and advised corporate clients, insurance companies and financial institutions on dispute resolution for 40 years. He now mediates through IPOS full time, specialising in commercial disputes, partnership disputes, professional negligence, property claims and banking/asset finance disputes.
